At Minimalist, we stand behind the efficacy of our clean beauty formulas and offer a 30-day window for returns if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure product integrity, we accept returns on items that are at least 75% full and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return labels provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our lab inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
